Next Retreat
We live in a world that prioritises the linear, where disconnection from our cyclical nature is systematic. Is it time you were supported to harness your beautiful changing self?
Join us on a holistic journey to celebrate your cycle on this deeply restorative retreat. Connect deeply with your whole self as you explore the emotional landscape of your body’s rhythms.
Immerse yourself in a supportive experience of practical wisdom guided by expert facilitators, Lucy Peach, Bo Wong and Phoebe Jones.
We acknowledge there are many unique variations to the cycle – all experiences and stages are warmly welcomed, no matter the stage of your cycling life or depth of cycle awareness. No prior knowledge or skills are required – we encourage a beginner’s mindset for all.
Using our toolkit and practical strategies, learn how you can implement cycle awareness into your work, home, relationships and creative endeavours. Create unique routines and rituals that you can use daily to work with your natural ebbs and flows.
Enjoy balancing and restorative yoga, mindfulness and breathwork sessions throughout the program tailored to each menstrual phase, with inclusive and fun sessions suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. All of these sessions aim to reduce anxiety and stress and have educational components that you can take home with you.
By tapping into the wisdom of natural cycles and seasons, we explore ways to support every phase of a project or idea in both your professional and personal spheres. Continue or begin to create a life that supports you in every phase.
Take a guided, soulful journey through the ancient Valley of the Giants. Enjoy the unique landscape and take time to listen to and connect with our natural world.
We practise playful sessions of crafting and movement to build our capacity for imagination, creativity and fun.
Together, we’ll explore your deeper purpose and clarify your values so that you can thread your values through all aspects of your life.
Wellbeing and mindfulness sessions will be integrated throughout the program and anchored in self compassion and care. Be inspired and leave with a toolkit of strategies to implement into your daily life.
Daily movement and meditation for all levels will be integrated into the carefully designed flow of the retreat, to assist in the unwinding experience and to send you home with practices to suit every aspect of our cycles and seasons.
Learn to map your existing support structures so you can realistically plan your next week, month, year or decade to create a life that supports you. Enjoy extra resources from the facilitators to further your exploration.
On our retreats, facilitators bring their whole selves to both the development and delivery of our program and experiences. Lucy and Bo stay onsite with participants and bring an immersive, warm and inclusive dynamic to all of the sessions.

Lucy Peach is an award-winning period preacher who draws on her experience as a human biology teacher, sexual health educator and performing artist to create transformational experiences with the menstrual cycle. As a published author, speaker and educator, Lucy has delivered her message to hundreds of thousands of people through her book Period Queen, as a TedX speaker, via her two online courses and her show, My Greatest Period Ever. Understanding the cyclic nature of the planet and our bodies (menstruating or not) is a way of approaching anything from long term strategic business outcomes to daily scheduling. Lucy works with schools, corporates and athletes, championing the importance of rest and reflection and their connection to the more outward facing aspects of our lives. Lucy is here to help you celebrate life, in all of its ebbs and flows, with a warm and compassionate embrace.

Phoebe is a yoga educator with 14 years of experience offering classes steeped in philosophy in WA, Sydney and to an international cohort online. Phoebe also teaches meditation coursework, mentoring and accredited coursework for other teachers and has brought yoga into the offices of large corporate companies.
Phoebe has studied with many luminaries over time, following pathways of classical Hatha yoga, creative and intuitive vinyasa, Sri Vidya Tantra, the work of Vanda Scaravelli, all intertwined with the science of Ayurveda. This depth in study has allowed for an ability to hold space for the more subtle elements of the practice, to become quieter so the student is able to listen and to tap into the deeper layers within themselves.

One of the most rewarding parts of our retreats is the opportunity to showcase fresh, seasonal and local produce from this abundant region.
With honey from NewFarm’s own beehives and produce from our local partnering suppliers – you can rest assured that you’ll be well fed and contributing to the fabric of the local community around Denmark.
I mean, you’re basically helping people by eating and drinking. Cheers!
Accessibility, Health and Safety
Accessibility: Some aspects of the program may be difficult for participants with reduced mobility. While the accommodation and program venue at NewFarm can be wheelchair accessible, the program includes excursions to natural locations that are not. While no element of the program and activities is compulsory, it is important that you understand this. There is no discount or refund for activities you do not participate in.
Health and Safety: We work to create an inspiring and culturally safe space for personal development in a collegiate group environment. The program activities are not designed as personal counselling or therapy sessions and if you are looking for that type of program, this may not be the right program for you.
If you require medications or pharmaceuticals (including inhalers and EpiPens) it is your responsibility to bring, maintain and administer these while you are at the Retreat in accordance with your doctor’s advice.
We may travel to Greens Pool which is unpatrolled beach which can have strong surf and rips. If you are not a confident swimmer, it is a great place for a walk.
You accept all risks associated with swimming, physical exertion, bush walking, and exposure to the sun or adverse weather.
