Field Guide for Creatives is my ongoing writing project. A living space for creative people navigating the realities of making, working and sustaining a creative life. Part journal, part community hub, my Field Guide shares reflections, resources and fortnightly journal prompts to support creative practice in all its messy brilliance.

I write with candour and humour about art, work, health and the ongoing search for balance. After more than two decades working in the arts and culture sector, I’ve learned that creative life is as much about sustaining ourselves as it is about making the work. Field Guide for Creatives is where I share those reflections, it’s a space for connection, curiosity and the long game of creative life.
