Create space for meaningful change on Menang Noongar Country at NewFarm Denmark Campground in WA.
Starts 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11th, and concludes at 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 15th.
This immersive program is designed to help you reconnect with and reset your own inner compass – supporting your creativity, work and wellbeing. You’ll be guided by an experienced and supportive team of facilitators in one of the most beautiful places on earth. You’ll leave with a clear pathway forward that feels right for you.
Clarify your values and explore practical ways to put them into actionable behaviours in all domains of your life.
Gain a useful raft of resources that you can implement immediately into your life and work with wellbeing and mindfulness.
Cycles and seasons are all around us and within us. By tapping into this wisdom, we explore ways to support every phase of a project, business or idea.
Clarify the unique offering you bring to the world and communicate it across your channels.
Disrupt old ideas about leadership and articulate your own unique leadership style.
Practice daily creativity ‘spark sessions’ to build your capacity for imagination, reflection and mental agility in all areas of your life.
Develop your own matrix of practices: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly in support of your broader visions.
Audit and identify your support structures and resources to consider the ‘how’ and ‘who’ of your next chapter.
Learn how your unique beliefs and narratives can limit or support your important aspirations. Understand the incredible power of our neural pathways to change.
Use the intelligence of your body to expand your capacity for self-compassion through life’s inevitable transitions.
A guided journey through the ancient Valley of the Giants. Identify local trees and take time to connect deeply with the natural world.
Balancing and restorative yoga and movement sessions are integrated into the program, inclusive of all fitness levels.

With decades of combined experience in business, communications, project development, mental health, wellbeing, mindfulness, and human connection, we’re here to challenge, support, and inspire you. We bring our whole selves to the development and delivery of our retreat program, creating an immersive, warm, and inclusive experience. Facilitators stay onsite with you, fostering a genuine sense of community throughout each session.

Bo Wong is a freelancer and educator with 20+ years experience working in the visual arts and culture sectors. Passionate about elevating the importance of the arts through communications and advocacy, she shares her hard won tools and strategies to support creatives and business owners to approach their work and life with a sense of agency and a clear framework to reflect and re-imagine the future.
Bo runs comprehensive professional development programs for creatives and small business owners, has a 1:1 mentoring program and co-hosts Soul Traders Podcast, the podcast about creative work - bringing a spirit of collaboration and humour to all of her work.

As a published author, speaker and educator, Lucy has delivered her message to hundreds of thousands of people through her book Period Queen, as a TedX speaker, via her two online courses and her show, My Greatest Period Ever. As an award-winning, self described ‘period preacher’ Lucy draws on her experience as a human biology teacher, sexual health educator and performing artist to create transformational experiences with the menstrual cycle. Lucy works with schools, organisations and athletes, championing the importance of understanding the cyclic nature of the seasons and our bodies and it’s connection to wellbeing, performance and relationships. Lucy is here to help you celebrate your life, in all of its ebbs and flows.

Ricky England is a passionate community organiser, accredited clinical social worker, facilitator and Big Jarrah Walker. Alongside his Mental Health practice in Denmark, he runs leadership and suicide prevention programs for young people, combining wilderness and adventure with personal development. Ricky is a passionate environmentalist and as scientific evidence grows around our connection with nature and our mental health, he‘s chosen ’walk and talk’ as a form of action to combat climate change and our disconnection from community, already walking over 500km this year to raise awareness for both our mental health and natural environment.

Nestled on Menang Boodja, NewFarm Denmark spans 62 acres in the stunning Great Southern Region of Western Australia, located between Denmark and Walpole. For the duration of the retreat, we’ll have exclusive access to the entire property.
Nearby are two of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders: Greens Pool in William Bay National Park and the Valley of the Giants in the Walpole Wilderness Area.
Please note, attendees will need to arrange their own travel to and from NewFarm Denmark. We’ve also curated an epic playlist of podcasts and music to accompany your road trip. If you have any questions about the region or travel arrangements, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Costs vary based on the accommodation you choose.
The program includes of 12 workshops. Catering includes 11 full meals, 9 snacks, tea, and coffee. Accommodation is for 4 nights.
Please note that there are no day passes.
